You must maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify gbwon's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. gbwon will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
gbwon is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer) procedures in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) frameworks. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gbwon's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, under any cause of action or theory of liability, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by gbwon's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the gbwon support team via live chat or email. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process the closure and assist you in withdrawing any remaining eligible balance, subject to KYC completion and these Terms.
gbwon reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
In cases of Account closure due to breach of these Terms, gbwon reserves the right to withold any balance, including genuine winnings, pending investigation. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, the balance shall be forfeited.

To the extent permitted by law, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
